Are you the owner?

Yes. We have owned this Makena Surf Maui condo since 2012. In fact, the original developer chose our unit as his own.  We keep it in top quality condition by continuously upgrading the furnishing and finishes.

How do I reserve your unit?

Call (855) 676-2061 or contact us using the inquiry form to check on availability.  Then, to hold your reservation we will need a deposit equal to three night’s stay within 7 days.  The balance of the payment will be due 60 days prior to your trip except for Christmas booking which is due 90 days in advance.

How do you handle services on your unit?

We have a major on-Island rental agent who handles all of our services.  They have personnel on-site daily. Any problems get solved immediately. They are there to help you book activities and they can even book your car, making sure you have a great experience.

Is maid service included?

Yes.  We provide in and out maid service, daily towel changes and linen changes every 3 – 4 days on stays of 1 week or longer.  Additional service is available at our cost if you would like more.

Do you charge a resort fee?

Yes, we charge a $250 resort fee plus state taxes.

Has your unit been upgraded?
Our unit has been fully remodeled. It is first class all the way. You are going to be WOW’d, guaranteed!

Can you help us find another unit if your unit is booked when we want to go?

I’d be happy to help you find other accommodations at Makena Surf or elsewhere in the Wailea Area with other owners or agents who have rental units. We have lots of contacts on the Island with other owners and agents.
